A run down of the latest news and notes from our crème de la crème this past week.
$HITK streaked to all time highs this week. Fundies continue to dominate – Yahoo! Finance
$CEO “No new leaks!” – partner ConocoPhillips ($COP) says – The Street
$EZPW holding its own as competitor Cash America ($CSH) preps for a spin-off – Reuters
$GRMN unleashed a couple new touchscreen gadgets for the cockpit – Yahoo! Finance
$RIMM another weak earnings report …and some memorable quotes. Doh! – CNNMoney
$TRLG keeps chuggin’ along as cotton ($BAL) prices remain off their highs.
$RES a dip below $20 and we’ll be adding mightily to our lone position.
$BKE latest income statement for our 2nd most favorite apparel play – Yahoo! Finance
$AAPL the iPad 2 is making big waves throughout the corporate world – Y! Finance (IBD)
$BHP Australian co’s are on a global shopping spree, especially our big miner – MarketWatch
$LHCG on The Street’s watch list of a half dozen home healthcare stocks to keep tabs on.
$AZN with Bristol-Myers ($BMY) reported good results from a clinical study – Y! Finance
$MSFT hybridization of the PC-Touchscreen world is coming via Windows 8 – FT.com
$ATW we’d be buying ‘em by the barrel-load here if we didn’t already own a ton. Stout fundies.
$TNH continues to hang around all time highs while rockin’ out a fat divy. Impressive.
$SYNT has been hammered over the last few months. Looking to initiate position ~ $36-38
